Lebanon Property Management, Inc specializes in negotiating the relationship with a tenant, known as the Commercial Lease.  We can assist with a tenant's location and fit up needs that include layout and cost estimates. We offer competitive terms and rate concessions for term length.

Once a property location is identified, we will provide the cost estimate or Request for Proposal. We evaluate and respond to tenant needs and changes. Once a lease has been accepted we manage the construction or provide access for the tenant's contractors of choice.
